BACKGROUND

Operations and Systems Integration - 15 years of diverse consulting experience as hands-on supply chain improvement and systems integration solutions specialist and project manager for some of the nations leading manufacturers.

Systems Design and Implementation - Managed manufacturing systems, development, installation and project management of ERP, MPS/MRP/DRP, Forecast, MES, WMS for single-site and multi-national sites.

Operations & Supply Chain Management - Operations Manager for Panasonic with P&L responsibility over operations; production, materials, purchasing, planning, customer service, offshore production and distribution. John was also responsible for the manufacturing and world wide distribution of Apples external CD-ROM drive products.

Master Planning - Planned to a $100 million budget and managed $18 million in inventories. Responsible for corporate forecasting/demand management, trend analysis, master scheduling, production planning, inventory control, engineering change planning, and new product planning and coordination to manufacturing.
